February/March 2021 Newsletter
As we move quickly toward the end of the first quarter of 2021, February and March bring good news in a variety of areas at Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) and the St. Joseph Community Partnership Fund (SJCPF).
In our February/March Newsletter, we are excited to share a new, youth-driven program addressing the mental health crisis and needs among our youth – Work2BeWell. What does it mean to “be well”? Certainly, it means enjoying physical health, and also mental health and emotional wellness. It also means having access to services, and a voice to improve systems. Work2BeWell puts power in the hands of our youth and our communities to support them in times of emotional health need, providing accessible services and building a movement for policy improvements in support of mental health. We are also happy to share highlights from the February convening or our Intersections Initiative.
Through Work2BeWell and Intersections, we are encouraged to see the development of youth and community empowerment, which is key to community health and wellness. View more details here!
